The website itself is €269.99, paid once, and includes its first year of hosting. Modules are paid by the month, or by the year with two months free. Nothing is refunded on either cycle, monthly or yearly, so we recommend starting monthly and switching to yearly at the end of a monthly cycle. Services renew once a year. Every price is before VAT, which is 19%.
